Sixth Regional Assembly

The Sixth Regional Assembly of RELAF was held from 11 to 14 January, 2016 in Nairobi, at Rosa Mystica Centre. A total of 39 participants took part: all the Visitors and Auxiliary Visitors of Districts and President of the Delegation; the General Councilor with the Regional Team, the elected Delegates of the Districts and the Delegation, invited persons from the Centre of the Institute: the Superior General, Br. Robert SCHIELER, Br. Amilcare BOCUCCIA, Director of Solidarity and Development, Br. Jesús RUBIO, Secretary for Formation, Br. Gustavo RAMIREZ, General Councilor,  and Mr. Anthony BELAND, International Coordinator for Young Lasallians; four invited persons from  the Region: Br. Bertin BAINGUEDEM representing Young Brothers of the District of Central Africa; Ms. Rose Nanema MEL Council member from the District of West Africa, Mr. Jean Marie KATUNKUKI, Responsible for MEL in Congo Kinshasa District and Br. Sixième Assemblée régionale

La sixième Assemblée régionale de la RELAF s’est tenue du 11 au 14 janvier 2016 à Nairobi au Centre Rosa Mystica. Au total, 39 participants y ont pris part : tous les Frères Visiteurs et Visiteurs Auxiliaires des Districts et Président de la Délégation ; le Conseiller général avec l’Equipe régionale, les délégués élus des Districts et de la Délégation, les  invités du Centre de l’Institut dont le Supérieur général, Fr. Robert SCHIELER, Fr. Amilcare BOCUCCIA, Directeur du Solidarité et Développement, Fr. Jesus RUBIO, Secrétaire  la Formation, Fr. Gustavo RAMIREZ , Conseiller général et Mr Antoine BELAND, Coordinateur International des Jeunes Lasalliens ; les quatre invités de la Région : Fr Bertin BAINGUEDEM, représentant des jeunes Frères du District d’Afrique centrale ; Mme NANEMA Rose, membre du Conseil MEL du District d’Afrique de l’Ouest, Mr Jean Marie KATUNKUKI, responsable de la MEL dans le District du Congo KINSHASA et Frère Pierre BAKO, Traducteur à l’Assemblée.   » Read more

Announcement of the Regional Assembly

RELAF will hold her 6th Regional Meeting from 11 to 15 January 2016 in Nairobi – Kenya. According to the Statutes of our Region, the main goals of the Assembly are to evaluate what we have lived as an experience since our last Regional Assembly in 2010, to appropriate the Acts of the 45th General Chapter, to study particular subjects relating to the Church and to the Institute in Africa, to give orientations for the years to come and to approve the Statutes with its possible modification. » Read more

Annonce de l’Assemblée régionale

La RELAF tiendra sa 6ème Assemblée régionale du 11 au 15 janvier 2016 à Nairobi – Kenya. Tel que prévu dans les Statuts de notre Région, cette Assemblée  a pour buts principaux d’évaluer ce que nous avons pu vivre comme expérience depuis notre dernière Assemblée régionale en 2010,  nous approprier des actes du 45ème Chapitre général, étudier des sujets particuliers se rapportant à l’Eglise et à l’Institut en Afrique, donner les orientations pour les années à venir et approuver les Statuts avec des éventuelles modifications. A cet effet, Frères, Collaborateurs Lasalliens, et Groupes Lasalliens ont été invités à apporter des contributions par des notes.
